Looking for Cleaning Service for Community Clubhouse

The Board is looking for a cleaning service for the community clubhouse. We would prefer to utilize the serivces of a Resident's company, if possible. If you own or operate a cleaning service and are a resident of RiverPark West, please send an email to board@riverparkwestonline.org with your contact information. Insurance requirements may apply.
Permieter Fence Replacement Project Now Underway

The Board of Directors and Southwest 545, L.P. have begun the project to replace the perimeter fencing in RiverPark West. The project will be completed in phases, with the first phase including those rear lot fences facing a major street. Construction will begin as soon as a each section completes the easements required for us to do the work.
